They are adding a  Merchant Retention Specialist to the Team.  The primary function = reduce client attrition.  This is hybrid Account Management-type role; someone who keeps the clients/merchants happy, handles issues that surface, negotiate contracts when their terms expire, cross-selling, etc. Midwest based, relocation assistance, base to 95k, bonus, terrific benefits
