Rick Slifka began his career in the recruiting search industry in 1981 when he joined one of the country’s leading national recruiting organizations. Due to his extensive background, which includes relationships with many of the bankcard industry’s prominent leaders, Rick launched Exec-Links in 2002 and continues to specialize in the payment processing industry.

A high energy, focused and passionate consultant, Rick thrives on challenges inherent in both industries.

Maintaining a reputation for quickly determining the ideal cultural fit, no matter the degree of difficulty, he continues to consistently identify best-in-class talent.

Additionally, because of his 5+ years as Director – Sales and Membership Marketing with the PGA TOUR’s TPC division, Rick was also sought after by private clubs and several of the industry’s top golf club management firms to assist with their uniquely specific Talent needs.
