Payments Manager

  1. Payments Manager - (I) Our client is looking to add a Manager to head up/oversee/lead their payment processing strategy. The successful candidate is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, is focused on results, is a self-starter, and someone who has demonstrated success in using analytics to drive understanding and improvement of payment programs in an eCommerce card-not-present environment. Based in San Mateo, CA, salary to 90k plus options and great benefits


  1. Risk - (Risk) Our Fortune 50 client is looking for a Sr. Director – Credit Risk, accountable for payment systems and fraud mitigation strategies for the rapidly expanding eCommerce/card not present website offerings ( 3rd most trafficked website on Black Friday), including emerging channels and new business capabilities. You will be responsible for finding and maintaining cutting edge fraud detection tools and strategies to compete on an ever changing landscape. Must have strong eCommerce/CNP experience and ability to effectively communicate with C-Level executives on a daily basis.   1. Sales - (NAE-eComm) New customer acquisition role.  eCommerce/CNP focused. Goal is to find our next customers, generate the interest level, and maneuver through the account identifying coaches, gatekeepers, influencers and decision-makers.   Allocate technical support as needed.   Gain access to C-Level decision makers.   Present, propose, negotiate and ultimately obtain commitments.    Generate leads through business prospecting (cold) calls.  Develop substantive opportunity funnel (sales pipeline).  Meet or exceed the foundational sales targets of position.   Contribute to positive work environment through willingness to work with peer group, superiors and both internal and external customers.  Complete all assigned areas of responsibility in a timely manner.   Provide consultative solution selling knowledge to achieve desired corporate sales objectives.  Base to 105k, no cap on commissions, work remotely

Sales - (R-MW)  This position is very much a self-starter role that will require very strong presentation, negotiating and relationship development skills.  This person will not manage existing accounts but will have a new business development mentality and will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting and closing. Generate leads, prospect, and close high volume accounts within, but not limited to, the Retail, Restaurant, and QSR industries; research and become intimately familiar with Tier 2 and Tier 3 space and other highly profitable areas within the payment industry; work remotely, 6-figure base, OTE=175k+, benefits

Sales - (FP) Our Alexandria-based client ideally has an established network of business relationships in this area and possesses experience building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. Outside (B2B) selling experience and an understanding of bancard sales a plus. Base to 45k, lifetime residuals, no cap on earnings.
  4. Sales - (CR)  Dallas-area based company  looking to add to local sales team; 2-3+ years of exceptional, proven and successful sales experience in a merchant services sales position dealing primarily with small, regional sized clients.  Bankcard/transaction processing sales is highly preferred. You must be smart, able to quickly think on your feet, highly articulate, polished and someone who thoroughly enjoys this industry! Base to 48k, uncapped commissions, solid benefits.
  5. Sales - (PP) As an AVP-Sales you will be focused on facilitating the sourcing, selling, and implementation of company’s products as well as developing and executing a well defined Sales strategy, primarily responsible for prospecting and penetrating new and existing market segments using various means and programs, including researching and creating lead lists for the CPN lead generators, methodically creating and executing marketing campaigns and cold calling on merchants is specific verticals. Work remotely, base range of 90-110k, residuals, commission program (TBD)
  6. Sales - (CP-PA) Our client is a leader in the plastic card industry. They print, personalize and package 300+ million cards a year for some of the largest companies in the US. They are adding 1 national sales person to the Team. Work remotely, competitive salary plus uncapped commissions.
  7. SALES - (NAE-ATL) National sales people, retail, eCommerce, travel, etc., base to 100k, national sales exp preferred with merchants who process between $10M to $200M annually; 170k-290k+ at plan; work remotely  and reside anywhere in the US

Business Development

  1. Business Development - (FPT) Our client is adding a dynamic and goal-oriented individual with a blend of technology and marketing experience to assist prospective partners with integration projects. The position reports to the Vice President and works closely with other members of the staff. You will serve as point of contact for specific partner accounts and support other team members as needed. Based in Alexandria, VA, base to 60k, OTE=$95-110k+; no cap on earnings
