Our client acquires merchant accounts and process transactions in the UK and EEA, servicing the entire payment value chain.  They enable merchants to activate accounts seamlessly, manage transactions efficiently and drive business immediately. From card issuing to acquiring; from payment gateways to merchant accounts; from fraud and risk to compliance; from digital wallets and mobile to invoicing – they process millions of transactions worldwide and value relationships at every point in the process. They target eCommerce companies/merchants. Among other things they offer both Digital Wallet and Stored Value solutions. Millions of consumers trust them to handle their payments to thousands of merchants in real-time using hundreds of different deposit options. With the help of their dedicated marketing and promotional specialists, thousands of merchants promote their brands in a better way than had they done it alone. They are growing and expanding their ISA/Agent channel and want a seasoned Recruiter to fill an exciting, lucrative, visible and strategic position.   You can work remotely. Base in the $70-84k range, some flexibility, commensurate with experience, plus no cap on commissions OTE = 120-125k+.

Account Manager

  1. Account Manager - (PS-Account Mgr) As an Account Manager/Partner Base Business Leader, your #1 priority  –  maintain and develop consistent Partner production within the Partner Channel. You will meet/exceed assigned monthly and annual sales objectives, work closely with the VP of Partner Sales to execute on goals and identify top 10 partners and develop a growth strategy. Our client would like 2+ Relationship Management in payments industry and a proven track history of relationship management and of meeting/exceeding quotas.  They’d prefer to see college education. You will based in tier corp offices in the LA/Orange/Riverside County area and commensurate with your level of experience…salary in the $75/80k range plus upwards of an additional $50,000 in variable compensation along with excellent benefits.

Sales

  1. Sales - (PS-Sales) As a Mid-Market Sr. Account Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing sales activities and driving the company’s expansion into new and existing markets and verticals. The ideal candidate will establish growth plans and strategies to expand the Company’s customer base and will be called upon to explore and exploit new revenue sources. You can identify niche markets that are untapped and you possess a clear ability to solidify and bring sales deals to term. You are also knowledgeable with various sales channels, methodologies, and pricing practices specific to the North American credit card processing space while supporting Senior Management team in developing and communicating a sound North American sales strategy to maximize revenue and profitability, and to capitalize on new market opportunities. An ideal candidate has a college degree along with 4-5+ years of relevant sales and business development experience, specifically within the electronic payment processing industry in North America. Also, you have a proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding your sales targets. You have spent a significant part of your career in a senior sales role and you understand the constant demands and changes associated with this position.  You must be available for occasional travel to meet and network with clients, and to regroup for sales meetings at the North American head office in CA. You will be able to work remotely. Compensation, as always, is commensurate with experience but has a salary range of $70-90,000 plus unlimited variable commissions in the $50k range plus strong benefits

Sales - (MN) National Sales for an established company’s electronic bill payment solution; target markets include billers/recurring billers in a variety of industries including utilities, government, insurance, consumer finance, services (alarm/security, waste collection/janitorial) property management, and consumer discretionary (phone, cable, mobile). You will be joining the company’s national sales team and target prospective clients (with consumer/billing bases of 20,000 customers and higher) selling multi-year agreements. Electronic bill payment solutions, financial and/or consultative selling, products/services a major plus.Successful experience calling on utilities, government, consumer finance, consumer discretionary (phone, cable, mobile), service providers (alarm/security, waste collection/janitorial), healthcare, property management, not-for-profit, commercial billers/recurring billers helpful. Very competitive salary with no cap on income. Work remotely; with preference for western US-based salesrep.
  3. Sales - (RE-W) New customer acquisition role. Goal is to find our next customers, generate the interest level, and maneuver through the account identifying coaches, gatekeepers, influencers and decision-makers. Allocate technical support as needed. Gain access to C-Level decision makers. Present, propose, negotiate and ultimately obtain commitments. Generate leads through business prospecting (cold) calls. Develop substantive opportunity funnel (sales pipeline). Meet or exceed the foundational sales targets of position. Based to 95k plus no cap on income. Work remotely
  4. Sales - (CP-PA) Our client is a leader in the plastic card industry. They print, personalize and package 300+ million cards a year for some of the largest companies in the US. They are adding 2 national sales person to the Team. Work remotely, competitive salary plus uncapped commissions. One in the Chicago area and the 2nd sales person in the eastern PA region.

ISV Partnerships

From card issuing to acquiring; from payment gateways to merchant accounts; from fraud and risk to compliance; from digital wallets and mobile to invoicing – they process millions of transactions worldwide and value relationships at every point in the process. They target eCommerce companies/merchants. They want a proactive eCommerce Director of Business Development to join their existing international team. With offices around the globe, you will be joining an energetic and dynamic company focusing on developing leading-edge financial solutions and will be responsible for developing sales activities and driving the company’s expansion into new and existing markets and verticals. The ideal candidate will establish growth plans and strategies to expand the Company’s customer base and will be called upon to explore and exploit new eCommerce revenue sources. You can identify niche markets that are untapped and you possess a clear ability to hunt and bring sales deals to term. You are also knowledgeable with various sales channels, methodologies, and pricing practices specific to the North American credit card processing space. Compensation is flexible with a salary of 100k+/- with quarterly bonuses and uncapped commissions; may include some ramp up $$$. Excellent benefits, work remotely.

Packaging

  1. Packaging - (SS)  Our client is a value-added processor and distributor of metal, plastic and related industrial products and services and have grown over their 160+ years in business on a tradition of excellence/dependability and have emerged as a leading source for fabricated metal products and related processing services. They manufacture and supply the broadest range of steel and plastic strapping, hand tools, edge protection, stretch film material and equipment, as well as standard and custom engineered unitizing equipment. You will be generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, referrals, territory planning and relationship building; accountable for focusing on and generating new business through new sales in primarily medium to large size accounts and will deal most frequently with the end-user by making formal sales presentations, product demonstrations, advise customers on industrial transport packaging and loading patterns and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts. They are looking for an assertive, results-oriented sales professional with a packaging/strapping-type industry background with 3+ year’s successful selling experience, top ranking in their current sales force, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple product lines while maintaining existing accounts and developing new business. You will maintain relationships with the existing customer base you will inherit and target “key”  direct end-user accounts while generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. Compensation is commensurate with your industry experience, ranging to $40k+/- with an uncapped strong commissions program…that will have you in the 78-105k+/- range OTE. Also included are a company car and/or generous monthly care allowance , attractive benefits, matching 401k, all business-related expenses reimbursed. Location – ideally, based upon the existing business you will be given, the size of marketplace, and access to two airports our client would ideally like this person to be based in the Dallas area or in OK.
