General Counsel

  1. General Counsel - (GC) As General Counsel you will be a business-oriented, senior legal advisor responsible for all aspects of the Company’s legal work including counselling on all legal matters related to the Company, legal issues impacting the payment industry as a whole and focusing on day-to-day operations and handle, either internally or with the assistance of outside counsel all corporate governance, client and vendor contracts, intellectual property, employment law, general litigation, dispute resolution and regulation. Marketing

  1. Channel Development

Channel Development - (F-4)  In this role you will generate new revenue-producing channel, VAR, ISV, 3rd party partnerships.  They are looking for a polished, aggressive, and highly accountable Channel Partner Business Development Manager.  This is a new position and will be directly responsible for identifying, contracting and managing strategic partnerships and reseller opportunities in the acquiring space. You will be devoting your attention to business development and exploiting the business opportunities available in the US. You will be responsible for sourcing and establishing the initial client contact through the contract completion phase. Base range from 60-80k with no income restrictions, NY area -based (ideally, there is some flexibility).  

Sales

  1. Sales - (MP-Grocery) You will join the company’s existing national sales team and target prospective Grocery, c-store, drug clients; primarily responsible for prospecting and penetrating payment processing opportunities in the supermarket class of trade. Work remotely; base to $90k, no cap on income, strong benefits package
  2. Sales - (CP-PA) Our client is a leader in the plastic card industry. They print, personalize and package 300+ million cards a year for some of the largest companies in the US. They are adding 1 national sales person to the Team. Work remotely, competitive salary plus uncapped commissions.
  3. Sales - (Inter) Our client is adding to their existing Sales Team in MI – Detroit; west side of state and central, Chicago and Houston. These Account Sales Executives will provide tailored payment processing solutions to diverse clients based upon their business needs. The essential functions of the Account Executive are cold calling, networking, making sales calls using a Consultative Sales approach, closing deals and requesting referrals. Base 0f 35-48k plus 5 years’ residuals and bonuses.

SALES - (Sales-Tampa) Industry leader looking to add a sales person, who will be based within a Tampa-based branch of Partner Bank, will sell, self-source and partner new merchant sales opportunities. Actively communicating with merchant client portfolio to address customer service needs and cross selling opportunities. Value Added Reseller

  1. Incumbent needs to understand and have contacts with the distribution channel and/or have a strong POS background. A high-level understanding of payments viewed as a plus. Base to 100k, work remotely
