Branches are currently located in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, with a recently-opened location in Orlando.  Being bilingual (Portuguese with Spanish being a plus) with 2-3+ years of proven successful experience in financial services industry or in the merchant payment processing arena are critical. Besides prospecting for new business, you will manage all leads from the Partner Bank, conduct post-sales follow-up and when possible, be expected to visit all Branches twice a month. Develops strategy and manages the process of bringing the identified marketing opportunities to a logical close. Assists distributors in their efforts to sell our clients’ products and services where appropriate. To justify the cost of their unique solutions, their higher end clients and/or prospect companies typically have annual sales in the $2B range and/or process 900,000+ transactions per month. Sales - (ENTER) This national sales individual is someone who has a stellar sales track record selling payment processing solutions to enterprise-level clients, a self-starter and is interested in being a part of a growth company at an extraordinary time. Our client defines their enterprise sales segment as merchants with annual processing volumes greater than $5M. Work remotely, salary range of up 65k/yr base ( some flexibility based on experience) plus an Annual Portfolio bonus, a bonus per approved deal as well as a residual higher in year one, sliding in year two

  8. Sales - (CP-PA) Our client is a leader in the plastic card industry. They print, personalize and package 300+ million cards a year for some of the largest companies in the US. Client Management - (AR-RM) This Director position will lead and expand a team of Client Managers to drive significant revenue growth through influencing existing merchants billing and payments strategies. Client Management

  1. Client Development - (Director) As Sr. Director of Partnerships you will be responsible for managing and driving business through existing and new Partners. #1 priority – lead the team to drive business with ISV (Integrated Software Vendors i.e. POS developers) Partners via their direct sales force and their VAR channels once the Business Development Directors sign deal with the ISV.  You will be leading a Team of 6-8 employees (maximum 4 direct reports). You will be managing an existing team of 4 and will add 2-4 within the next 12 months. Additionally, additional responsibilities may eventually role up under you. Operations

  1. Operations - (OPs) One primary objective for the SVP-OP’s will be to fully build out this part of the organization and implement the necessary processes and procedures for this area. You will manages a Team of 75+. This SVP Operations will provide leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls during a phase of rapid revenue and sales growth; with a growing but effective operations center. Operations include managing Call Center (Tier 1 and Tier 2), Technical Operations, Account Management and the overall Merchant Experience.
