  1. ISV Partnerships - (PS) Director of Business Development – 0ur client delivers a full suite of payments solutions. From card issuing to acquiring; from payment gateways to merchant accounts; from fraud and risk to compliance; from digital wallets and mobile to invoicing – they process millions of transactions worldwide and value relationships at every point in the process. They target eCommerce companies/merchants. They want a proactive eCommerce Director of Business Development to join their existing international team. With offices around the globe, you will be joining an energetic and dynamic company focusing on developing leading-edge financial solutions and will be responsible for developing sales activities and driving the company’s expansion into new and existing markets and verticals. The ideal candidate will establish growth plans and strategies to expand the Company’s customer base and will be called upon to explore and exploit new eCommerce revenue sources. You can identify niche markets that are untapped and you possess a clear ability to hunt and bring sales deals to term. You are also knowledgeable with various sales channels, methodologies, and pricing practices specific to the North American credit card processing space.   1. Sales Management - (AR) Our client is interviewing for a national Director of Sales position, based in the revitalized Detroit marketplace. You will inherit an existing seasoned team of 6 – managing, building/growing and driving the entire W2 direct sales channel; both inside and outside sales teams. The footprint already exists and the plan is to increase the W2 team by several dozen over the next 12-18 months. The 1099 channel is handled by another sales executive. The director will lead, manage, train, motivate, coach, develop, grow and provide support to the direct sales team (i.e. Inside Sales Associates, Outside Sales, and Business Development – W2 Sales Channel) and collaborate with the Marketing, Indirect Sales, Business and Partner Development teams on all sales operations. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all sales associates achieve their monthly and annual quotas and goals in order to drive results to meet corporate objectives and goals. In 2106 our client relocated into an 8-story Albert Kahn-designed midrise building which has undergone extensive interior and exterior renovations. The CEO acquired naming rights to the building which sits along metro Detroit’s burgeoning technology district, known as the “Madison Block”. They are a 15-minute walk to the ever popular Greektown area. Relocation assistance available. Compensation is commensurate with experience … salary range is $90,000+/- plus incentive compensation and excellent benefits.


  1. Sales - (FeK)  In this strategic sales role, our client wants a hard-charging industry professional to grow an existing ISO portfolio. The ideal candidate has successfully grown the merchant portfolio of at least one mid-size ISO. You will be helping to build out their existing merchant portfolio.Ideally, you are currently working successfully within the payments processing industry with an ISO or processor and your success is verifiable. Ideal candidate has a pipeline/rolodex that can produce 30 to 40+ new merchants within 90 days and grow into producing an additional 8 to 12+ new merchant accounts monthly. Salary between 35k-50k plus uncapped commissions; strong benefits package

Sales - (R-DJ)  Account Sales Executive (4) Our client is currently expanding nationally and is seeking savvy sales people with a proven knack for building executive-level business relationships to join its growing Helping Business division, responsible for incentive and loyalty solutions. One of their most recognizable and successful products is a fully customizable gift card that leverages the power of the unique brand. They have established themselves as the leader in restaurant gift cards across the country; certificates are gladly accepted by over 20,000+ locations nationwide and enjoyed by customers everywhere. Their target market is extremely broad – any business from a trash hauling franchisee, to an auto dealer, repair shop, door/window company to a travel company, United Airlines, national retail/service, power company, like Direct Energy, etc.  Basically, any company looking for a promotional, loyalty or reward type product for their customers. There is a national team that targets Fortune 1000 companies and/or very large franchisees. The Sales Account Managers will focus on businesses in the $10M-$500M range.Your contacts will be a Chief Marketing Officer, a VP of Marketing, a head of the company’s promotional programs etc.  Salary range of $41-$49k (some flexibility based on experience) plus uncapped commissions; OTE at $85-110k+ annually. This is a remote sales position; ideal locations are in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast (preferably Atlanta), West Coast

Sales - (MN) National Sales for an established company’s electronic bill payment solution; target markets include billers/recurring billers in a variety of industries including utilities, government, insurance, consumer finance, services (alarm/security, waste collection/janitorial) property management, and consumer discretionary (phone, cable, mobile). You will be joining the company’s national sales team and target prospective clients (with consumer/billing bases of 20,000 customers and higher) selling multi-year agreements. Electronic bill payment solutions, financial and/or consultative selling, products/services a major plus.Successful experience calling on utilities, government, consumer finance, consumer discretionary (phone, cable, mobile), service providers (alarm/security, waste collection/janitorial), healthcare, property management, not-for-profit, commercial billers/recurring billers helpful. Very competitive salary with no cap on income. Work remotely; with preference for western US-based salesrep.

They are adding 2 national sales person to the Team. Work remotely, competitive salary plus uncapped commissions. One in the Chicago area and the 2nd sales person in the eastern PA region.

ISO Recruiter

  1. ISO Recruiter - (RSPA) An ideal candidate: has “Merchant Services” experience, has sold in the payment processing arena, has experience recruiting Agents and ISO’s, has a good understanding of the sales process, and who has possibly moved from Sales into a recruiting capacity in merchant services business.#1 Priority: Increase current network of Agents and ISO’s by taking full responsibility of sourcing & recruiting new 1099 sales representatives. You will recruit new reps to the existing 1099 sales force and help to train/motivate them to sell products services. Work out of corp offices on Long Island, salary range to $92,000 with uncapped commissions, excellent benefits

Packaging - (SS)  Our client is a value-added processor and distributor of metal, plastic and related industrial products and services and have grown over their 160+ years in business on a tradition of excellence/dependability and have emerged as a leading source for fabricated metal products and related processing services. They manufacture and supply the broadest range of steel and plastic strapping, hand tools, edge protection, stretch film material and equipment, as well as standard and custom engineered unitizing equipment. You will be generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, referrals, territory planning and relationship building; accountable for focusing on and generating new business through new sales in primarily medium to large size accounts and will deal most frequently with the end-user by making formal sales presentations, product demonstrations, advise customers on industrial transport packaging and loading patterns and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts. They are looking for an assertive, results-oriented sales professional with a packaging/strapping-type industry background with 3+ year’s successful selling experience, top ranking in their current sales force, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple product lines while maintaining existing accounts and developing new business. You will maintain relationships with the existing customer base you will inherit and target “key”  direct end-user accounts while generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. Compensation is commensurate with your industry experience, ranging to $40k+/- with an uncapped strong commissions program…that will have you in the 78-105k+/- range OTE. Also included are a company car and/or generous monthly care allowance , attractive benefits, matching 401k, all business-related expenses reimbursed. Location – ideally, based upon the existing business you will be given, the size of marketplace, and access to two airports our client would ideally like this person to be based in the Dallas area or in OK.
