They are adding a Software/VAR Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, selling to prospective businesses and partners. The primary role is to develop a sales plan targeting new prospective VAR partners (software providers, associations, referral groups) and will include the development of presentations, delivery of product demonstrations, attendance of conferences, price and contract negotiations. Commensurate with experience, base will range $65 – 80k + commission, target compensation range is $160k with no cap; you can work remotely

Sales Management - (F) Our client is a premiere international provider of credit card processing, merchant services and related business solutions in the U.S. and Canada.  Due to expansion/business growth, they are adding experienced Sales Managers with proven experience in the merchant services or a related B2B industry.  Reporting directly to the CEO and SVP-Sales, this integral position represents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales manager to leverage her/his proven leadership skills, functional sales expertise and business insight to build a 109 team and add to the bottom line. Named to Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500/5000” list of fastest growing companies 2 years in a row, they offer a diverse suite of cost-effective solutions I.E., credit and debit card processing, equipment leasing, gift/loyalty card programs, cash advance and check approval services as well as its industry-leading Agent Partner Portals. As a sales manager you will <with the help of in-house recruiters> remotely recruit, mentor and manage U.S. and Canadian 1099 sales teams on day-to-day basis. Your team will have 15-20 1099 sales representatives. Among other responsibilities, you will conduct and/or participate in weekly training sessions to ensure team’s success and provide closing assistance on an as needed basis. Ideally, they’d like to see B2B sales management leadership experience with proven ROI; specific merchant services industry experience would be ideal. Our client would also like to see a proven ability to recruit, train, manage and retain a high performing 1099 sales team. This particular office is based on Long Island, NY and compensation, as is always the case, is based on experience with a base of 48k to 65k <some flexibility> plus uncapped incentives/residuals; plus – Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance; Competitive 401k Program and Vacation, Sick/Personal paid time off.

  1. Sales - (PR) Our clients’ software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform was designed from the ground up to be scalable, simple, easy to use, and highly effective at managing risk. They incorporated these principles, and many more, into their platform — the basis for our clients’ fraud, chargeback management, and payment gateway solutions. As a result, their industry-leading clients have a platform protecting them from eCommerce fraud today and into the future. You will be managing a prospect pipeline and achieving an annual sales quota through strong sales, relationship management and negotiation skills. Among other things you will also be identifying and activating opportunities to deepen existing Merchant relationships and generate new Online Fraud, Payments and chargeback management Solution business for sustainable, profitable growth. Compensation is based on experience; salary is up to $120K; OTE year 1 $240K, no cap on earnings and this is a remote position.
  2. Sales - (CP-PA) Our client is a leader in the plastic card industry. They print, personalize and package 300+ million cards a year for some of the largest companies in the US. They are adding 2 national sales person to the Team. Work remotely, competitive salary plus uncapped commissions. One in the Chicago area and the 2nd sales person in the eastern PA region.

Account Manager

  1. Account Manager - (PS-Account Mgr) As an Account Manager/Partner Base Business Leader, your #1 priority  –  maintain and develop consistent Partner production within the Partner Channel. You will meet/exceed assigned monthly and annual sales objectives, work closely with the VP of Partner Sales to execute on goals and identify top 10 partners and develop a growth strategy. Our client would like 2+ Relationship Management in payments industry and a proven track history of relationship management and of meeting/exceeding quotas.  They’d prefer to see college education. You will based in tier corp offices in the LA/Orange/Riverside County area and commensurate with your level of experience…salary in the $75/80k range plus upwards of an additional $50,000 in variable compensation along with excellent benefits.
