Client Management

  1. Client Development - (Director) As Sr. Director of Partnerships you will be responsible for managing and driving business through existing and new Partners. #1 priority – lead the team to drive business with ISV (Integrated Software Vendors i.e. POS developers) Partners via their direct sales force and their VAR channels once the Business Development Directors sign deal with the ISV.  You will be leading a Team of 6-8 employees (maximum 4 direct reports). You will be managing an existing team of 4 and will add 2-4 within the next 12 months. Additionally, additional responsibilities may eventually role up under you. Client Management - (AR-RM) This Director position will lead and expand a team of Client Managers to drive significant revenue growth through influencing existing merchants billing and payments strategies. Client Management is critical to driving clients to endorse company’s Products and Services to other merchants or partners.  This highly visible and entrepreneurial position will enable you to showcase your leadership and account development skills. There are currently 4 RM’s on this team. Base to 120K plus bonus, relocation assistance

Sales Management

  1. Sales Management - (BSF) As national sales manager you will inherit a small existing team and over time expand it by another 6-8 sales people/account managers. Upwards of 95% of new business results from referrals by existing industry partners (IE. like a Micros). They continue to have a proven track record of success targeting the Restaurant industry. An Ideal candidate will have successfully spent time in sales and/or relationship management function within an acquirer/processor, an ISO, Cash Advance, Gift/Loyalty, and Payroll. Bankcard sales (credit card processing), financial services and/or consultative selling experience preferred. Tampa-based, relo assistance, 6-figure salary, plus no cap on commissions
  2. Sales Management - (VP-Sales) Reporting to the SVP, this leadership player/coach position is responsible for profitability, growth and account penetration by building, managing, and mentoring a Team to effectively sell company’s products and/or related services. You will build/manage/lead a national sales business development/channel development team of professionals. Word remotely; OTE = $250k+
  3. Sales Management - (AR-Leader)  Our client has been a pioneer in the remote payments industry for 16+ years and is a branded global leader in enabling authenticated payment transactions in the electronic commerce and remote commerce markets. This position reports to the SVP and is responsible for driving new revenue. The Director of Sales will be a responsible and accountable sales Leader with a sense of urgency for driving the sales efforts with an existing team across the US and results of the company through the successful identification, development, close and execution / implementation of new accounts. Sales

  1. Sales - (ENTER) This national sales individual is someone who has a stellar sales track record selling payment processing solutions to enterprise-level clients, a self-starter and is interested in being a part of a growth company at an extraordinary time. Our client defines their enterprise sales segment as merchants with annual processing volumes greater than $5M. Work remotely, salary range of up 65k/yr base ( some flexibility based on experience) plus an Annual Portfolio bonus, a bonus per approved deal as well as a residual higher in year one, sliding in year two
  2. Sales - (BSt)  Our client is looking to add experienced Senior Sales Executives to aggressively build and manage a partner/client portfolio in a specified vertical market.  You will report directly to the SVP of Business Development and be responsible for developing this opportunity from the ground up by primarily sourcing new partner relationships and working with these new partners to pursue opportunities with their current and prospective clients for electronic payment processing, in addition to selling other products/services to enhance the overall value to both partners and clients.  You will also be expected to source direct new client opportunities and support a variety of business development efforts within the company’s core verticals. Base to 60k, no cap on earnings, residuals, Tampa area
  3. Sales - (MN) National Sales for an established company in electronic bill payment and presentment; target markets include financial institutions, healthcare, utilities, government, not-for-profit, commercial billers/recurring billers in a variety of industries including insurance, property management, self storage and consumer finance. You will be joining the company’s national sales team and target prospective clients selling multi-year agreements that can range up to $400k+ annually. Work remotely anywhere on the east coast; very competitive salary plus uncapped commissions
  4. Sales - (NAE-eComm) New customer acquisition role.  eCommerce/CNP focused. Goal is to find our next customers, generate the interest level, and maneuver through the account identifying coaches, gatekeepers, influencers and decision-makers.   Allocate technical support as needed.   Gain access to C-Level decision makers.   Present, propose, negotiate and ultimately obtain commitments.    Generate leads through business prospecting (cold) calls.  Develop substantive opportunity funnel (sales pipeline).  Meet or exceed the foundational sales targets of position.   Contribute to positive work environment through willingness to work with peer group, superiors and both internal and external customers.  Complete all assigned areas of responsibility in a timely manner.   Provide consultative solution selling knowledge to achieve desired corporate sales objectives.  Base to 105k, no cap on commissions, work remotely  
  5. Sales - (R-MW)  This position is very much a self-starter role that will require very strong presentation, negotiating and relationship development skills.  This person will not manage existing accounts but will have a new business development mentality and will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting and closing. Generate leads, prospect, and close high volume accounts within, but not limited to, the Retail, Restaurant, and QSR industries; research and become intimately familiar with Tier 2 and Tier 3 space and other highly profitable areas within the payment industry; work remotely, 6-figure base, OTE=175k+, benefits
  6. Sales - (CP-PA) Our client is a leader in the plastic card industry. They print, personalize and package 300+ million cards a year for some of the largest companies in the US. They are adding 2 national sales person to the Team. Work remotely, competitive salary plus uncapped commissions. One in the Chicago area and the 2nd sales person in the eastern PA region.
  7. SALES - (NAE-ATL) National sales people, retail, eCommerce, travel, etc., base to 100k, national sales exp preferred with merchants who process between $10M to $200M annually; 170k-290k+ at plan; work remotely  and reside anywhere in the US

Risk

  1. Risk - (Risk) Our Fortune 50 client is looking for a Sr. Director – Credit Risk, accountable for payment systems and fraud mitigation strategies for the rapidly expanding eCommerce/card not present website offerings ( 3rd most trafficked website on Black Friday), including emerging channels and new business capabilities. You will be responsible for finding and maintaining cutting edge fraud detection tools and strategies to compete on an ever changing landscape. Must have strong eCommerce/CNP experience and ability to effectively communicate with C-Level executives on a daily basis.
