Rick attended Youngstown State University, located in northeastern Ohio, on a full Golf scholarship. He captained the team to its 2nd ever/only undefeated season in 1969 and earned a spot on the NCAA College Division All-American Golf team in 1970. Rick was recruited by the PGA TOUR’s TPC division in 1985 and acted as Director – Sales and Membership Marketing through 1991. The last club he helped to launch was the TPC of Michigan – designed by Jack Nicklaus and home of the FORD Senior Players Championship and. Rick was inducted into Youngstown State University’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 1998.

As a result of his 6 years with the PGA TOUR and the relationships he fostered and prior to specializing in the Payment Processing industry, Rick was sought after by many private clubs and several of the industry’s top Golf Club management firms to assist with their uniquely specific Talent needs.   Maintaining his reputation for quickly determining the ideal professional and cultural fit, no matter the degree of difficulty, he was successful in identifying best-in-class talent.
